This section displays all of the drivers in the database.
The drivers will be displayed 20 at a time. If more than 20 drivers are present,
Next and Prev (previous) links will be displayed at the top of the display as appropriate.
These links may be used to navigate forward and backward through the drivers. The number of drivers and
the current drivers displayed is indicated in the upper center of the display. The display may be sorted
by any of the columns by clicking on the Up and Down arrows at the top of each column to sort on that column
in the desired order.
If more than one page exists a pager link system will be displayed, by default 'First' and 'Last'
links will be displayed, click on one of the link items to display that page.
The drivers option bar allows users to search for a particular driver by simply selecting the driver name from the selection box provided. To quickly seek to the first character of which a drivers last name begins with, click on the selection box, then the first character of the drivers last name on the keyboard. Once the driver name has been selected, click on the 'Go' button. If inspection reports for the driver exist, the inspection reports will be displayed (filtering options will apply to the shown inspection reports).
Revoked drivers are by default not shown. If you wish to view both revoked and non-revoked drivers you must select the check box marked 'Show Revoked' and click the 'Apply' button.
This line shows the starting driver row and ending driver row currently being displayed, along with the total number of drivers available for display. To navigate through the drivers use the Next and Prev (previous) navigation links to display other rows of drivers.
Fields which represent specific columns in the driver report. The columns consist of Last Name, First Name, Employee No. and CDL.
No.
Displays the current row number. This is provided to help you view reports and easily navigate through large portions of data.
Last Name
Last name of the driver.
First Name
First name of the driver.
Location
Home location of the driver.
Employee No.
Employee number for this driver.
CDL
Commercial Drivers License number for this driver.
Columns may be sorted by clicking on either the up arrow or down arrow in the column. The up arrow sorts in
ascending (increasing) order while the down arrow sorts in descending (decreasing) order. A double arrow indicates
the current sort column and whether it is in ascending or descending sort. Columns which sorting
does not apply will not have these arrows. The display will default to sorting on the drivers last name in
ascending order.
Important: Sorting is performed on all
of the drivers, not just the ones currently being displayed.
Accessed by clicking on a drivers 'Last Name' located in the 'Last Name' column. This section functions the same way as the options provided in the Inspections section. Sorting, Next / Prev navigation links, column description and asset filtering. Click on the link provided to go over the individual form components and find out how they are used and the functionality that is provided.

Click on the 'Driver Statistics' link. Select a driver from the drop-down list and click on the 'Refresh' button. A driver statistics display will be shown. If 'All Drivers' is selected when the statistics are displayed the default sort order is based off of the average inspection time. If the database is configured with multiple configurations then a selection box will be provided for the 'Inspection Type', click in this box to select the desired configuration for which to generate the driver statistics. Click on the 'Refresh' button to generate the report. An option to display all results in a single web page is enabled by clicking on the 'Show All Results' checkbox.
Less Than / Greater Than
The "Less than, Greater than" filter can take one or both sets of data. The filter allows the user
to view average inspection times for operators outside a selected time range.
Simply select a value from any of the drop down menus and click the "Refresh"
button to filter the data.
Date Selector
An optional date range may be used as well, to utilize this option, select the desired 'From:' date and 'To:' date along with clicking on the 'Use Dates' checkbox. Anytime an option is changed the 'Refresh' button must be selected.
The date selector allows the user to choose a date with ease. When clicked, a pop-up window will display a calendar.
The user may navigate the calendar using the arrows at the top of the window. To select the desired date simply click on it
within the pop-up window and the date will be entered into the fields in the main
Ground Traffic ControlTM window.
Note: Statistics are updated daily, the update time is displayed just below the date range selection. When using the date ranges, the report will be generated from the real-time results in the database, so the precompiled results will not be used. Reports for databases with large numbers of drivers may take an extended amount of time to build.

Average Inspection Time
The fleet average amount of time spent inspecting an asset.
Maximum Inspection Time
The fleet maximum amount of time spent inspecting an asset.
Minimum Inspection Time
The fleet minimum amount of time spent inspecting an asset.
Total Inspections
The fleet total number of inspections performed.
Total Defects
The fleet total number of defects reported.
Defect Rate
The ratio of Total Defects / Total Inspections.

Average Inspection Time
The average amount of time a driver spends inspecting an asset.

Driver Inspection Statistics Report Results
When you generate a report, the results will populate a table like the one below.
No.
When you select All Drivers, the report will list how many drivers there are in the system along the top of the report (Row 1 to 4 of 4) and along the left hand side in the No. column.
Driver
Driver name. Clicking on a driver name will take you to a list of all inspections from that driver.
Avg
Average Inspection Time - The average amount of time a driver spends inspecting an asset. Clicking on the average inspection time will take you to a list of all inspections from that driver, with a Start and End column showing the duration of each inspection.
Max
Maximum Inspection Time - The maximum amount of time a driver has spent inspecting an asset. Clicking on the maximum inspection time will take you to the EVIR.
Min
Minimum Inspection Time - The minimum amount of time a driver has spent inspecting an asset. Clicking on the minimum inspection time will take you to the EVIR.
Total
Total Time - The total amount of time a driver has spent performing inspections. Clicking on the total inspection time will take you to a list of all inspections from that driver, with a Start and End column showing the duration of each inspection.
Insps
Total Inspections - The total number of inspections a driver has performed.
Defects
Total Defects - The total number of defects a driver has reported.
Defect Rate
The ratio of Total Defects / Total Inspections.
Click on the 'Revoked Drivers' link. A list of drivers who have had their access to the customer-specific database revoked is displayed. Any report that is attempted to be uploaded by a revoked driver will generate an error and not be allowed into the database. If a driver was revoked by accident, they can be reinstated by an admin.
Click on the 'Missing Inspections' link. The 'Missed Inspections Options' form will display. Use this form to select the desired date in which a Missing Inspections report will be displayed.
First Inspection:
Date of the very first inspection report in the database.
Last Inspection:
Date of the latest inspection report to be uploaded into the database.
Date:
List boxes used to select the desired date in order to generate a Missing Inspections report.
End Date(optional):
List boxes used to select the optionally desired END date in order to generate a Missing Inspections report. This field is entirely optional.
Asset
Click on this selection if the desired report is for assets with missing inspections.
Driver
Click on this selection if the desired report is for drivers with missing inspections.
Include Revoked Drivers
If this selection is checked, it will only apply to reports if the selection is 'Driver'. Revoked drivers will be included into the driver missing inspections report if checked, otherwise revoked drivers will not be displayed in the report (by default, revoked drivers are not included.).
Inspection Type:
If the database is equipped with multiple configurations, then a list box will be displayed. Click on the list box and select the desired configuration in which to generate the Missing Inspections report, or leave to 'All Types'. If 'All Types' is selected, then if a report exists in the database for a driver or asset then no entry will be displayed, since there has been a report by the driver or asset with one of the configuration types.
Use Time Range:
Click on this checkbox to apply the 'From:' and 'To:' time range into the query for the report.
From:
Two list boxes provide the ability to select the hours and seconds. The selections will be used in the query for the report only if the 'Use Time Range' checkbox is checked.
To:
This is identical to the 'From:' option (see instructions for 'From:').
Required No. of Inspections:
This field represents the number
of inspections that are expected per unit, based on the other requirements set.
If the minimum number of required inspections per unit are not met then the
report will reflect the entries that have not met the minimum requirements. Type
in the number for which the report will be generated from, by default 1 is set.
Note: Only values greater than 0 are valid.
Driver Expiry Search Form
Days
The number of days remaining until the selected type will expire.
Type
The type of expire to create the report for. (Example: CDL, License Tabs, Oil Change, etc...)
Driver
Select a name from the dropdown list if desired or select 'All Drivers'.
Show Revoked Operators
Click on this checkbox if the report should include revoked operators, leave unchecked to generate a report without including revoked operators.
Get Report (button)
Click on this button to generate a report based on the values selected for days and type.
Driver Expiry Report Results

Days since expiry date met.
