2.0 Graphical User Interface

The graphical user interface is very simple and user friendly.

2.1 Main Display

• Date / Time
  • Displays the date and time of when a Zonar Driver ID card was read. This time reflects the clock in or clock out time.
• NAME or DRIVER ID
  • Displays the Last,First name of the driver or the Zonar Driver ID number when a Zonar Driver ID card is read.
• I/O
  • Displays clock in or clock out information pertaining to an entry. I/O values will be 'In' for clock in and 'Out' for clock out.
• Status
  • Displays the status of the entry. Status will be 'Sent' or 'Que'd'. Sent represents that the entry has been successfully uploaded into the ZonarTime customer-specific web module, Que'd represents a communication error has occurred and the entry could not be sent at this time, but retries will be made every minute until the entry is able to be sent (a Que'd entry will be saved until it is successfully uploaded). All successive Zonar Driver ID card reads will be Que'd behind a previous Que'd entry until the entries are sent.

2.2 Status Bar

The status bar which is located at the bottom of the ZTIP graphical user interface is used to display status information pertaining to connection information, clock in / clock out upload success or failure to Zonar-Web , etc.
